Shipping Policy

Free ground shipping applies to standard shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Merchandise total must exceed $60.00 after any coupons, promotions, or discounts are applied. Free shipping excludes some over-sized or bulky items (rolling duffels, rolling briefcases, luggage, and other items with wheels).

Cut off time for all express service is 12:00 PM PST with cleared payment. We are able to process your order on the same business day, and you should be able to receive the order by next business day. Please note the express service is not available for PO Boxes, APO, Hawaii, Alaska, or international orders, and is not available for Saturday delivery. Once shipped, any delays that may occur due to postal service are out of our control.

All international orders are subject to duties, taxes and fees as determined by their local government. The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes. Any holds that may occur per customs is unfortunately out of our control.

Undelivered or Missing Packages

Lost or Stolen Packages
Please report lost or stolen packages to our customer care team immediately once you find out the package is lost or stolen, so we can open a case for you. Normally, the case may take at least 7 to 14 days for investigation.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If for some reason your package is refused or undeliverable, you will be responsible for an additional charge to re-ship. For UPS, it will be an additional $15.00, and for USPS, an additional $7.00. Please make sure you provide us with the correct address when you place the order.

Change Of Address
If you need to change the shipping address or the address was entered wrong and you contact us after the package has been shipped, please note there will be a $15.00 fee to re-route the order. This option to re-route is only available for UPS service.
