Shipping Rates and Delivery Information

We guarantee customers 100% satisfaction. So if you are not completey 100% satisfied with your online purchase, you may return your item(s) for prompt refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns must be unused, unworn, and with original package. You will be refunded for the merchandise total, plus applicable sales tax paid. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Please allow 10 to 14 business days for the return/refund process. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to show on your card statement. Please note all clearance items or final sale items are not qualified for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

  • Please obtain authorization to your returned item(s) by contacting our customer care team via email or phone.
  • Returns must be in its original, unused, unworn condition within 30 days.
  • Please include a copy of your order invoice, packing slip, and return authorization information.

  • Shipping fees are not eligible for a refund.
  • Returned items are to be inspected by our BUY SMART DEPOT staff before we issue the credit or refund.
  • We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. So we highly recommend you choose a method of shipping with tracking number and insurance.
  • Again, all sales or promotional items are final sale and are not returnable or refundable.
  • Once your order arrives, please examine it for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If a product has been broken or damaged during transit, we sincerely apologized. Please contact us immediately to get further instructions. Keep the box, packaging material and damaged items for carrier inspection. If this not done promptly and correctly, we will not be responsible for any returns or refunds.
  • All credit card purchases will be issued a refund to the credit card used.
  • All refused shipments will be charge a 20% restocking fee based on the purchase price of the rejected merchandise. Shipping fee is non-refundable.
