If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with a product you purchased from us, most items can be returned to us within 30 days of the shipment date for a full refund or exchange. A Return Merchandise Authorization ( RMA ) number is required prior to shipping your product back to us. The item must be returned within 10 days from the date the RMA number has been issued. After the return period has expired, we have the right to refuse the returned item. Failture to comply with the terms and conditions of our return policy may result in refusal or product replacement. We do not accept any items that have been used, defective, damaged.
You will receive a full refund for the items purchased. There will be no refunds for any return shipping charge, unless we made an error. All returns will be credited back to the original payment method. If paid by credit card, please allow one billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.
