How do I purchase products from BUY SMART DEPOT?

when will i receive my order?

Please allow us 2 – 4 business days for standard order process before the order is shipped. Shipping transit time will be vary based on shipping method is selected by customer or the shipping location. Please visit our shipping policy page for more details.

what happens when an item is out of stock?

We always do our best to maintain the items in stock, but we can’t always predict when an item will become highly sought after or when a shipment to our warehouse will be delayed. Each out of stocks product is marked on our site. If you have ordered a product that is temporarily out of stock and want to cancel or exchange the backordered product, please contact our customer service team immediately by email or phone.

my item is backordered. when will i receive it?

Sorry about the wait! We will always notify customers by email or phone when the items are on backordered. If you are not receiving our emails, please always check your spam / junk folder, as filters can often misidentify emails from companies as spam / junk. To ensure future emails from us are delivered to your inbox, please add us to your contacts or address book. If you need any further assistance, please contact our customer team. Do you accept internation orders?

how do i know if my order is shipped?

As soon as your order is on its way, we will always send a notification by email. The email address you register or provide on the site will be the one we use for any order updates. To ensure our emails are not blocked by your provider’s filter, you may also want add us to your email address book.

what if i do not get any order/shipping confirmation?

Please check your SPAM folder. Sometimes BUYSMARTDEPOT.com emails will be blocked by your provider’s filter. You may also contact our customer service team for further assistance.

why must my first order be shipping to my billing address?

The policy is set in place to our customers from credit card fraud. Please know that for all subsequent orders, you may have your package shipped wherever you wanted.

can i return the product if i am not satisfied?
